Kusi, the newest member of our family

We recently adopted a dog and named her Kusi, which means joy or happiness in Quechua. She had been run over by a car, left with fractured hip, internal injuries, etc… but was lucky enough to be rescued by a local angel who runs a shelter for animals.  Kusi really IS a literal joy, full of energy and affection.
